Meet Your Trainers

Fabrice J. Williams

She is an experienced compliance officer, professional trainer, independent consultant, and certified coach. She began her career as an Academic Coordinator and Assistant Director for a federally and state funded, non-profit, youth development organization that managed grant awards with the U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, AmeriCorps VISTA, and the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. Williams is a seasoned expert in the federal grants life cycle to ensure regulatory and administrative compliance.

She has over 18 years of experience in grants management, program development, adult training and instruction, grant writing, program assessment, and grant administration. Fabrice’s academic qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, cum laude, from Shaw University (Raleigh, NC); postbaccalaureate studies at Duquesne University (Pittsburgh, NC)’ and an earned master’s degree in family life and youth development, with a concentration in administration from North Carolina State University (Raleigh, NC).
