Rachel Werner is a nationally recognized expert in federal grant compliance and grant management training. With more than two decades of experience in the public and nonprofit sectors, Rachel has guided organizations of every size—nonprofits, universities, tribal entities, and local governments—through the complex world of federal grants.

She began her career as a New York City public-school teacher and later served as a nonprofit fundraiser, grant writer, grants manager, and federal government management consultant. Today, Rachel is the Principal of MyFedTrainer and Owner and CEO of RBW Strategy, LLC, where she helps organizations nationwide stay audit-ready, compliant, and confident in managing federal awards. In addition to her hands-on experience, Rachel holds a Certificate in Grants Management, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Grant Professional Certified (GPC).
