MFT offers an online networking service (Service) that allows our Members to use our Content to meet their specific training and compliance needs through the use of media-rich courses and other products that may include testing applications with scoring and reporting capabilities. There are two types of customers that interact with us and have the following definitions in this Privacy Policy: Visitors are Users who navigate to our Website to get more information about our Services and/or Products or to find out more about MFT. Members are Users who have completed our registration process and executed necessary agreements with us to use our Services and/or Products.

Members can be individuals, organizations, or companies. Member accounts are further broken down into Training Managers (Users that track, report and may administer testing within our Services) or Trainees (Users that study our Content and may take tests using our Services).

As a Trainee, some of your PII, such as name, course completion, and test score information, will be disclosed to your Training Manager. Your Training Manager may also disclose this information to third parties interested in whether your company has its employees trained successfully. Such disclosures are at the sole discretion of your company, and we do not have any liability for such disclosures.
Finally, if we sold or transferred our business, we would transfer your PII to the purchaser as appropriate and might also retain a copy of your PII for any new business ventures we would start.

International Transfers

Your data may be transferred to other countries and by using the Website, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside your country of residence. If you are located in the European Union, we may store and share your personal data with companies located outside of the European Economic Area. We will always do our best to ensure security of your data. We aim to use US-based providers.
